This smell may differ from person to person. What smells sweet to you may smell really awful to your friend. So just be a little sensitive and take some of these tips:
- Change clothes frequently and don’t allow wet clothes to dry on your body. Bring extra clothes with you especially when you are spending long hours in the gym or under the sun.
- Wear loose clothes of light material. This will keep you from sweating out a lot.
- Take a bath frequently. Taking a bath once a day may not be enough. Take a bath once in the morning and in the late afternoon after a short rest. This will keep you feeling fresh and smelling good.
- Use sweet-smelling cologne. A light cologne may be sprayed in small amounts. Do not overwhelm your sense of smell.
- Use deodorants and foot sprays. It’s okay to use these to keep the smell down. A light scented deodorant and foot spray will do. Baking soda has been found to absorb moisture quite well. You may opt to use this if you do not sweat too much.
- Wash your clothes using nice smelling detergents. Let your clothes dry completely before wearing them. This will give you a nice clean scent the whole day.
